We have a simple 4 step process to getting windows replaced!
Step 1: Receive a free in home estimate
- On a scheduled date a Viva Windows representative will show up to the customers residence to listen and understand what exactly the customer would like to do with their windows.
- After details get hatched out the representative will go ahead and measure the openings of the house to get an accurate estimate.
- Typically within 24 & 48 hours the customer will receive
their estimate. - There are some instances where the sales person is able to give an estimate right then and there on location.
Step 2: Receive a final measurement by the Installers
Once the estimate gets approved by the customer and
payment or financing is arranged the Installers will go
out to the customers residence and take an accurate
estimate for custom replacement windows.
Step 3: Window fabrication
Depending on the style and if the windows were painted, lead times will usually range from 4-8 weeks.
Step 4: Installation Day!
- As the manufacturing process comes to a close our office will reach out to schedule a day for the installation.
- A day or so before installation it is recommended to move furniture and blinds to prevent damage.
