Welcome to Viva Windows

Viva Windows is a full-service vinyl window manufacturing plant located in the heart of Texas‚ in San Antonio. Launched in 2019, Viva Windows serves the local communities with windows exclusively made for the south-central Texas region.

We manufacture locally, which allows us to better serve our customers and create local manufacturing jobs. We also support our community by donating a percentage of our proceeds to the San Antonio Habitat for Humanity, the City of San Antonio Animal Care Services and the San Antonio Food Bank.

They estimated a 4-6 week timeframe for install, were in CONSTANT  communication from day 1 (shout out to Vanessa!), and showed up much earlier than their
projected time for me. - the installers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean, expeditious and answered all my questions with a smile; install was done same day!

I must've changed the style and dimensions multiple times before I concluded what I wanted.  I did 2 windows.  They were very reasonable in price.  I know because I called multiple places.  The installer was awesome.  I wish I could remember his name.  The windows came in earlier than expected.  He was quick and professional.  He answered all my questions.  He did a great job.. Our Process

Simple 4 Step Process to Getting Windows Replaced

Step 1: Receive a free in home estimate

On a scheduled date a Viva Windows representative will show up to the customers residence to listen and understand what exactly the customer would like to do with their windows.
After details get hatched out the representative will go ahead and measure the openings of the house to get an accurate estimate.
Typically within 24 & 48 hours you will receive your estimate.
There are some instances where the sales person is able to give an estimate right then and there on location.

Step 2: Receive a final measurement by the Installers

Once the estimate gets approved by the customer and
payment or financing is arranged the Installers will go
out to the customers residence and take an accurate
estimate for custom replacement windows.

Step 3: Window fabrication

Depending on the style and if the windows were painted, lead times will usually range from 4-8 weeks.

Step 4: Installation Day!

As the manufacturing process comes to a close our office will reach out to schedule a day for the installation.
A day or so before installation it is recommended to move furniture and blinds to prevent damage.

Viva 4600 SH (Single Hung)

As our most affordable single-hung window, the Viva 4600 SH allows for ventilation through a single lower rash. Dual weather stripping, high-grade locks and slim sight lines make this window secure, beautiful and efficient. It’s also available in different colors and black laminate, and has a lower tilting sash for easy cleaning. This window is specifically designed for outstanding performance in the south central Texas region. A sloped sill on the outside allows for easy water runoff.

Which Types of Payment Methods & Financing Do You Accept?

We accept cash, credit or debit card and check as forms of payment. However, we also offer financing through Synchrony Bank for your new windows and doors‚Äîsimply ask about our financing during your consultation.

How Can I Prepare My House for the Installation Process?

We ask that you please remove any window or door treatments, such as curtains, blinds and shades, as well as any security sensors for your new window installation or door installation process. Please allow our installation experts to have a clear path to the windows or doors being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It‚Äôs also advisable to remove all wall decorations close to the windows or doors, as there is the potential for them to fall during the removal or installation process.

How Long Will It Take to Get My New Windows or Doors After I Order Them?

For standard-size window and door replacements, most can be completed within 4-5 business days. For custom projects that require windows or doors in different shapes and sizes, we need to craft these products specifically for your home, which can take about 2-3 weeks.

Since we manufacture our products locally in San Antonio, our lead times are significantly less than our competitors, but it may vary since we are extremely keen to detail and would not deliver a product that does not meet our high standards.

Upon the sale you will receive an estimated date of completion. Once manufacturing is complete, we will contact you to set a date for the installation at your earliest convenience. An average installation only takes one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do everything they can to minimize heating and cooling loss while replacing your windows and doors.

What Happens to My Old Windows and Doors?

The windows and doors that get replaced are typically disposed of. If you would like to keep them, simply let us know.
